Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?
A: Once your order is confirmed, you have 2 hours to contact us to modify or cancel it. After this time, the order is being processed.

A: Yes, you have 14 days from receipt to make a return. The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

A: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective or damaged products upon receipt.
Q: How do I get a refund?
A: Once the product is returned and checked, the refund is made within 5 to 7 working days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
